I tried very hard to understand what you typed there. However, I think that the translation program you used managed to thoroughly mess up the translation.

well i think it had something to do with eitehre using rockets to keep the chopper landing soflty after loss of engine power or it could a been a speed boost to avoid rpgs or what have you
