It's too bad that some people here choose such a silly way to control their own views. It's actually childlike. Debate or get the hell out of here. Why even come here if all you have to offer is limited to a few people who think just like you? What a waste of time! It's a girlyman thing.

TYPHOON44-I have no problem with other people's point of view but this is a place where Veterans happen to come I do mind comments that are over the top esp.about the President of the United States and our Military's rights. Most people who come here usually treat comments made in a childish manner usually answer those in a childish way.

Knock yourself out, Typhoon..
If you want to read through 2000 posts from reppearso whining about how Basic Training was worse than Abu Ghraib and how it forced him to blimp out on pies and fries in order to escape the abuse and torture of his 2 weeks in the military.. or you want to hear about the spy satellites uploading secret intel to Deaf Messengers' brain from President Bush through the microchip implanted when he visited the dentist... enjoy.. Rather hear tall tales from Gunny and lock horns with Sully over political points than waste time on sorting through the trash posts from seagulls and nutbars who fall through the cracks into this website.. but, hey, that's just me... I don't think I've KO'd Bush with insults on these forums. I voted for the goof 2 times so I can say what I want. I have also sent him countless e-mails with no reply ( even the computer there has an attitude.. ). As for here? I try to read most threads with the exception of a few typical nutballs who chunk in links that usually render them void. But still, I think the ignore button is for lazies who like to stick their head in the sand.

I am not telling you what to read by any means. What I will tell you is that by using any control measure, you have removed the structure of topic or debate. So I guess I am one of the goofs who will actually drive through this junkyard and see what it's composed of. |

I just think the military is a disrespectful and dishonorable organization and thats my opinion and my opinions effect my decisions. Some people on this forums have sand in there head, how much sense does it make to force someone to stay in the military who does not want to be there. I made simple points that no one could adaquatly answer other than juvinile snide remarks.

rppearso -
Well there you have it, you have reached a conclusion that makes me wonder why you are even here. Kind of a waste of time eh? The military is just people, good people who are willing to fight for America. You want to enlarge a bad memory or grow some bad seed of AREA51-ism etc,. So be it. You have 1097 posts here so I suspect you have been wasting your time on earth. Kind of like me saying I hate music, yet I work at a music store. Pointless. |

My biggest issue with the military is how damn hard it is to unjoin because I did not want to work in the music store anymore. The military is made up of people, people who by in large suck and I did not want to be around because they were beligerant. Aufklarer, it would be nice if you could post when you have an intellegent thought, sorry but your not in the barracks where you can scream and yell nonsence and people scurry around because they are on 4 hrs sleep and just want the hazing to end, nope sorry not on here, I like these forums because they are a good place to debate, its unfortunate when people like aufklarer post stuff like this because its uninteresting. It would be nice to find a forum where people can think and are not stuck on a recycle loop of "pro-stayinthearmy or you suck" montra.

Here we have another worthless opinion from the resident crybaby. Do you pick and choose which of the Ten Commandments you want to follow and still expect to go to heaven? Rules tend to annoy the incompetent. Where is the logic is being able to quit the Army because you so choose?

ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'
TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.' THREE: 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.' FOUR: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.' FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.' SIX: 'You shall not murder.' SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.' EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.' NINE: 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.' TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.' So which commandment am I breaking? I agree that I broke a commitment, but the commitment in and of itself was a contradiction to many biblical principals, namely the 4th commandment, I sometimes will do minor work on sunday but its of my own accord not because someone is forcing me to do it, also the reasons that sgts make you do things on sunday is not because "the goat fell in the well" its becasue they want to either get there jollies or punish you. It also talks about heavy handedness in the bible and in the military you do not have choise of association Amos 3:3 so there are a whole multitude of things that are contrary to christianity in the military, not to mention a artificially degraded quality of life which it does not have to be and I will not tolerate it. So next time think before you make a retarded comment, or maybe you could go back to spelling errors because thats safe right harryp then you dont have to debate real issues you can just engage in school yard name calling the army way. |

and that, Typhoon, is why we have an ' ignore' button..
renutso just keeps on haul;ing out the same old song and playing it over and over again..it was sounding way to scratchy and the tune was crap so I pushed the ' off switch' and now I'm so much better and well disposed and my beer doesn't go flat... I have the turd on ignore and I refuse to read his crap anymore. But, based on the conversation, he's up to his "should be banned" but ain't. Retardo, do those that read your crap a favor:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ Download and install. It has an internal spell check feature that works on forums and blogs....you do know what that little red underline feature is? |

That spell check comes standard with anything higher than Firefox V.2.0
retardo might be using a crappy browser though. ---------- Guns don't kill people...Ninjas kill people! |

He needs to understand what people write before he learns how to spell (though, I doubt he will ever master either).

Was wondering just how long it would take you to realise the why of it all. If memory serves me correctly and if admin would back me up with some stats, rppearso holds the honor of being the first to be placed on the ignore list by more that 75% of all members on this site. If I'm off it won't be by much.....
