I listened to an interview with Ambassador John Bolton and Natan Sharansky with Lori Lowenthal Marcus and Steve Feldman on the ZOA Middle East News Hour on WNWR.com. Listen to the interview here. I came to a basic conclusion. What we have going down on the US Naval Academy grounds in Annapolis, Maryland next week is Munich Rising.

I would say that Dr. Rice follows, what Ambassador Bolton called during the interview, “the General Colin Powell school” of listening to the Arabists at State and the Islamist propagandists here in America and advocating on their collective behalves before the President and the NSC staffs.

But then, the President and Dr. Rice are leading this country astray and into a cataclysmic abyss based on denial and delusion akin to what British PM Neville Chamberlain did in September, 1938 at Munich with Herr Schikelgruber and his Nazi thugs. The Israelis under faltering incompetent PM Olmert are the 21st Century equivalent of hapless Czechs under President Eduard Benes, awaiting the death sentence of their country after the ‘diktat’ of Munich.

Israel, according to Ambassador. Bolton has weak leadership and the Palestinians even weaker ones.

Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Emirates members of the Arab League anti-Israel boycott have trillions of petro dollars. They could part with 1/10th of one-quarter of one percent to assist their Muslim brothers in the PA West Bank and Gaza, but won’t. Blame it on the Jews and the West and let us pay for the huge open running sewer in Gaza and delivery of armored cars to the PLO-Fatah along with 1,000 weapons. And let us not forget the ‘good faith release’ of another batch of several hundred Palestinian terrorist prisoners.

The sands in the nuclear hour glass, as commented on by Ambassador Bolton, held by Iran have about been drained. What follows will be the dawn of an ‘artificial sun’ on the Persian New Year in 2008 that could obliterate Israel and sections of the Arab Middle East.

I pointed out during a call to Lori and Steve, Ambassador Bolton had been an early and vigorous advocate warning in the highest councils of government about the menace of not only Syria’s nuclear threat, but, as I also pointed out, Syria’s massive bio-warfare threat to Israel and US. A threat jointly developed with Iran, North Korea, Russia, with ‘gifts’ of bio-pathogens and dispersal technologies from the late Saddam Hussein and even purchase of technology from Germany and the US.

We are in denial about that threat to Israel and us. As co-host Steve Feldman pointed out Israel has a gas mask shortage-all at a time when this palpable threat could be unleashed at a moment’s notice producing mass casualties.

As I wrote in an email to Fred Taub in Cleveland, this is Munich Rising.

This time at least...every Jew does have a gun (if not a gas mask). It won't be so easy to round 'em up or mow 'em down.

We've got General Jones as 'Special Envoy' on this project.

But then there's U.S. Army General Keith Dayton who's been working for the past two years to get the Palestinian Security Forces up to snuff.

And Gen. Dayton was implicated in the Abu Ghraib TortureGate scandal...But that would put him in the shadow of
'SS Commander Heinrich Himmler and Soviet KGB Chief Levrenti Beria practiced so well in Germany and the USSR, respectively' the 'art' of 'torture as a tactic to elicit false confessions and exaggerated claims under extreme duress. No one claims that the USA and Israel rise to the level of Nazi and Soviet torturers.'

And Gen. Dayton served as the director of the Defense HUMINT Service (HUMINT=human intelligence) within the Defense Intelligence Agency. He was also a political-military operative, a defense attaché in Moscow, and spent some time at the Council on Foreign Relations where he worked on arms control matters...

But also Condi did say she knew what it was like to be 'Palestinian' having grown up in the 'Jim Crow South'.

Barring another Ordovician-Silurian extinction event...when even then at least some might crawl out of the rubble and flintstone...and find our way-back onto the 'roadmap' of middle east peace.

Sad to say Bush & Olmert are in a dangerously state of denial like Chamberlain prior to World War 2. Despite solid evidence that the Palestinians ultimate objective is not only to destroy Israel but also to destroy the so called "great satan" America, they still stupidly believe that they can negotiate with blood thirsty terrorist.Prior to WW 2 Chamberlain & other politicians encouraged by the politically correct media, erroneously believed that they can negotiate with mad men like Hitler. Because of their stupid mistake millions died, Britain was almost defeated by Germany.Bush should have learned from what Arafat did to the peace efforts of Bill Clinton.
