Yesterday I recieved a call from my Sister in Bloomfield NM and she told me this story.Yesterday I sent my Son Jessie over to check the lock on your empty building and this is what I found a family of Illegal Aliens living in the building they had taken out one of the 12x32" panels on the backside and cut it at about 6' then replaced it useing the bottom for a doorway.They had a couch, bed and kitchen table with propane ventless heater they had run a electrical cord from the building on the other side of the back fence and hooked it to the main control panel.They said they would sue me when I told them they were to remove all of their stuff so I just simply called the Sheriff.The Sheriff told me they said they had been living there for about 6 months he also said they would remove all of the junk and repair the building.

Ya right that nobody saw them living there for 6 months is indeed strange.

Coachman....The buildings are outside the City limits Bloomfield NM isn't very big and my building is on one side of a chainlink fence the building that they useing the elect. from was a storage yard for Heavy Equip.My Sister had driven into the yard and checked the lock every week but saw nothing wrong. But my Nephew smelled food cooking and went around to see what it was and saw the cut in the Panel.And then he saw the door open and that is when the crap hit the fan.He was not going to charge them but when he told them to get their stuff out they threatened him that is when he called the Sheriff and filed charges.

Well I must say that that young man has a keen nose LOL so what happened to the trespassers?

I don't know they will more than likely deport them I guess I will drive down tommorow it is about 200 miles and make sure the building gets fixed we have extra panels inside the building just makes me mad that people are so stupid to say they are going to sue me.

I'd welcome the lawsuit as it means face time with them.
