Okay, after looking around the boards off and on for the last couple of hours it seems this fits here. While it may be slightly "Off topic", it is certainly a long standing "Military Debate". And, afterall, there are only 6 days left...Dec. 4th, 2004.

The Army is coming off a stunning season. . .I think they have won a game or so this year already. They may have potential to do the Navy dirty this year. . . NOT. Go Falcons!

Well, tomorrow is the day. Kick off is 1430 EST, and the game will be carried by CBS.
Our plans are set. Friends and family are coming over for The Game, treats, adult beverages, and dominoes. And since we live in the heart of Big 12 country we will carry this into the Big 12 Championship game tomorrow night. And, of course, it will be a house divided, with half the folks pulling for Army and half for Navy. It may sound a litle over the top but with the military tradition in my family we take this game seriously. What is everyone else doing? GO ARMY, BEAT NAVY! Loyalty above all else; Except HONOR |

Yeah, okay. Its over and Army lost again. So congratulations to Navy on taking the CinC trophy for 2 years in a row. Hey, at least it didn't go to Air Force.
As for next year...I think it will be a little better game. Navy will be graduating their hot seniors and Army will be in its second yar under the new coach. Hopefully that will bring about a closer game. Loyalty above all else; Except HONOR |
