I keep hearing from all the conservatives this was a huge mistake, gonna lose, blah, blah, blah......But I have a feeling they would have said the same thing no matter who he chose. People have been beating Obama up about his lack of experience. He chose a guy with some. People have been beating him up on religion (he was Muslim, then he wasn't, he goes to a crazy Baptist church....). He chooses a Catholic. Face it, no matter who he chose as a VP, you would be ridiculing him.

Not that I'm going to vote for Obama. I decided eight years ago to vote for McCain, and I'm not changing my mind. I just don't think any of the conservative nutjobs are talking any sense right now (and they, and their hatred, is what will lose McCain this election).

If he'd chose Hillary...well, then I'd ranting right beside you....but he didn't.

The bottom line with all of this is tactics anyhow. Most people have caught on to the Obama mania and are bored with the whole thing. Obamas camp knows this and they also know his BIO is bland as well as empty. To counter an eventual media dissection, Obama picks a loudmouth to attack McCain while he plays above it. Hopefully Obamas pals in the media will mostly cover Biden and his loudmouth antics while Obama pretends to be God.

Joe Biden has supported McCain so many times I guess he will start his turnaround this next week .I have a feeling his VP nomnation will help McCain in the long haul.

Actually it is not a good plan whatsoever because I more or less laid it out in 3 seconds. Have either of these 2 ever worked for their own in the private sector? No. Also, everybody knows there is about 10,000 film clips and sound bites of Biden. This giant heap is what Obamas camp is hoping will validate Obama and confuse Republicans. Therefore Republicans have 2 choices : Follow Biden and his giant never ending pile of nuttiness around or STAY FOCUSED on OBAMA in the BUNKER. By the way, I noticed that the democrats keeps using BUSH'S name but what they don't see is that they are becoming more associated with Bush by doing so.

Here is what I see : Biden will bark off one insult per week with the hopes that the focus will stay on him. If McCain does not take the bait Obama is toast.

You should try using the facts for a change phoon – they have worked outside maybe not to your fine example. Showing your bias is one thing, but outright fabrications are another. Patloco is right -- you would rant against anyone who was chosen and insult them to the end. That is typical -- insult to avoid the facts or put up a real argument.
