Assuming he is convicted, its nice to know the military is cleaning house, but im affriad its to little to late, the actions of glass were extreme, when they start cracking down on the lesser of these extremes as well that will be a good start. |

Let me get this straight, the UCMJ that you have spent so much time deriding in here, now that it is being applied against a Marine Corps Drill Instructor, everything is all sunshine an daisy's?????
Don't you find it a little odd that this Marine DI had 292 charges dropped down to what....11? If he hit or choked one or more of his recruits, the Marine Corps will do whats right according to the intent and meaning of our own regulations. Marines do take care of our own, but that works both ways, we strongly believe and practice discipline, and if we believe he violated the trust and position he held, then he will be judged and dealt with very firmly. This trial ain't over and judgement has not been rendered, so your comments are very, very premature and in poor taste.
