Imagine this: President Obama has made the following declaration today: 'If the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea ever fires a nuclear weapon on any nation outside its borders, the United States of America will respond in a short time with several dozen nuclear weapons. The people of the United States and its Allies are aware that this will totally devastate the DPRK and cause millions of innocent casualties. Having declared this, the DPRK has two choices: 1. Continue building its nuclear arsenal which I consider in view of this declaration an economical waste, or 2. Join the peace loving nations, return to the world community and enjoy the benefits of freedom.
