What exactly is a DEP loss and after you get one can you still get into the military?

DEP loss is when the individual doesn't report in as ordered. Talk to the recruiter that signed you up originally, if anyone can get you back in the system, he's the one. (be prepared with a really good reason for not reporting in as you agreed to do when you signed up)
