In boot camp (USMC) a couple of the drill instructors tried to convince us to urinate in our clothes to stay warm at night. A couple of fools actually did. Likewise, only a very hungry fool would urinate on their food.

I wasn't to keen on rehydrating MRE's. I would break off a piece of dried "meat", swallow it, and chase it with water. That was the only way I could stomach the shit. The beef stew wasn't too bad though. But the spaghetti and meat balls? God almighty! I wouldn't feed that shit to a dog, unless I hated him.

You 'cruits are just spoiled. Live off of c-rats with that old pack of Lucky Strikes. Then tell me how bad MRE's are.
