Then it will depend on how long ago it was, and whether (as TheGunny said) you're still doing it.

The best way to find out ist to go to the recruiter of your choice, tell him everything lock, stock and barrel and see what he says and then live with the answer. Doesn't cost anything.

The Army goes by a point system as long as it was for "personal use" you should be ok. As stated earlier depends on the amount. but I will also say this they have also been recuiting from jail where people have non-violent offenses. there was an article on this but I won't be able to find it again. I looked it up because my brother's locked up and they made him an offer. Unfortunaly he was hemmed up on an assault charge.

correct me if im wrong but i believe the military has lowered its standards in terms of allowing criminals to serve. even certain felons are allowed to join the army these days. the marine corps is the only branch that maintained the old standards because they dont usually have problems with recruiting. good luck.

Sort of......the standards have not been lowered, the number of waivers has increased. There are more waivers granted now, but it's still less than one percent of the armed forces receiving these waivers. And the USMC has increased its waivers as well.
