My nephew left for Iraq on Thanksgiving day. I want to send him a PSP Entertainment Pack, but the memory card isn't included. I'm trying to order it online, but I'm unable to include the memory stick for the game because-
"This item cannot be delivered to some locations, including APO/FPO addresses, due to carrier restrictions. Please go back and remove this item from your order or ship to a different address." How do I get around this? I think the game's useless without the mem stick. He's in Diyala. Can he get a mem stick there? Sorry if I sound stupid, but he hasn't been there long enough for me to know the rules. Regards |

The item itself may not be restricted, it's the company policy. Some companies refuse to deliver to APO/FPO boxes. You can have the item shipped to you, then send it on from there.
Or, I stumbled on this recently (coincidentally). I've never used it, but they offer a "work around" for those APO boxes. http://www.apobox.com/?gclid=CMfSnvncwJcCFQkiagodIwhyRw |

Now I am going to ask the stupid question; why on Earth won't they send goods to an APO/FPO addy? That is sort of slapping the deployed troops in the face if you ask me. Are they that paranoid that a Jihadi is going to bomb them, or something?
