We get asked a lot of questions on this forum....the same questions over and over again. Questions like--

"Fully 40 percent of recruits who enlist in the military today will not complete their full term of service."

That number has never been accurate. As far back as the late 70's a screening score was used to determine an applicants chances of completing a first term - no group of circumstances provided a less than 70% chance of completing a first term - the numbers of people in those high risk categories were/are restricted from joining.
