I have a D4 on my DD214 from the air force. i was honorably discharged in 2002. I was busted down for assaulting an NCO. I went to 30 days of corrective custody. Have you signed the papers for the Marines? If not head on down to the Army recruiter and ask.

You should not have any problems if the corps said they would take you in. Try it and let us know. Good luck
