Hi,
I wanna join the coast guard. My only concern is I was in a car accident back in 2005. I broke my femur bone and now have a titanium rod there. Would this disqualify me from joining the coast guard? Likely not, but you will have to pass the medical board. They will give you the final thumbs up or down on this question. Good luck and let us know how it turns out OK?

Yeah, usually when two Gunnys agree an officer gets fired or several thousand beers are going to show up on a steel beach....most times both things happen.
