If you tell your recruiters that they would probally laugh at you. Playing counter strike will not give you and special rank privilages of any type what so ever

yeah, son obtaining Pro-Level in that game will not only get you promoted to E-5 right out of boot camp, the D.I.'s will sew on your Chevrons personally.

I could have made E-6 if they had invented this stuff before I went in!

EDIT: Please only serious responses, some of u say it will and some says it dont, anyone know for sure?

Yes, serious response only also. I have similar questions. I'm pretty good at "operation". I'm a level four expert with the tweezers. Will that allow me to skip medical school altogether? Or just the first few years?

Seymour just one question if you don't know what E-5 OR E-6 is how did you manage to pick Sergeant Seymour as an Avatar or screen name.

Sully, that is a good question and he gets an eye roll from me. Maybe a dictionary would also help.

Seymour would have to evolve first.

Harry,
I think if every body that plays video games got stripes for levels mastered there wouldn't be any privates to do the grunt work, like kp, police call ect. What a joke. Hey maybe I could have been a commanding general due to my mastery of POGO Canasta. Roll Eyes

You could go buy a set of the new camo BDU's and sew on your rank and get yourself a nice LWRC rifle and get some of your game playing buddies and form your own little milita. Thats what I do during the summer, I have a PTR-91 and am soon going to get a LWRC M6A1 and go out and go shooting, I used my guard BDU's and sewed on 2lt rank and a castle (since I am an engineer). I go to remote areas (still accesable by road) and camp and go out shooting and if you are all camoed up on a remote area like that its a good way to get your own camp area, I got an entire gravel pit to myself to shoot and have a few beers. Then we will come back and play some halo and have a few more beers and smoke a cigar we even cross our arms and put our hands in our pockets. None of us are doing kp or police call except to pick up our beer cans and put the empty ammo boxes and other junk in the camp fire (we may have fireworks as well). My buddy that goes shooting with me is an actual E-6 in the AF security forces so his rank is real, usually I dont even wear the camo top its just non reguation boots with the pants and a black tee shirt (the brown tee shirts work good to clean my guns along with the brown everything else) but it is kinda fun to wear the whole get up and be a 2lt with a black tee instead of a brown of course. We usually have camp chairs and beer coolers while we shoot as well then we will go to my parents house in the middle of nowhere and clean our guns while we grill some steaks and have a beer and some chips.

How in the hell did I miss this post?!? This has got to be the most entertaining and simultaneously ignorant question I've ever read. Sgt. Seymour, kid just how old are you? You can't be serious about getting a higher rank upon enlisting just because you're good at playing a game. I hope that your question was meant as a joke, because otherwise you are living proof that darwinianism is a joke.
