The New York Army National Guard is offering RE-4 Waivers for qualified persons wanting to reenlist into the Armed Services.
This information is set up to refer those who are prior service and have been discharged with RE-4/3/2 Codes to New York Recruiters willing to help you reenlist into the National Guard regardless of what previous branch you served in. While there are no guarantees that your application will be approved, we will do everything possible to make sure that you get the best shot at re-joining the best Armed Forces in the world. There are situations in which Waivers will not be approved (such as felony convictions, hard core drug use, etc...). The maximum age limit is one day less than your 42th birthday with some acceptations if you don't have to go through Basic Training. If you want a 2nd chance to serve your country and want the benefits of having a new DD214 with an RE-1 code upon successful enlistment plus the possibility of being able to transfer to Active Duty Army status and being eligible for all military benefits once you've met your obligation to the Guard, contact us immediately for a consultation. In order for us to process your application, we will need a detailed description of your discharge situation, your DD214, your military records and other relative records such as photo I.D., Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Letters Of Recommendations from prominent members of society (local police, politicians, church pastors, co-workers, employers, school officials, etc...But do not send originals; send copies if we request them of you). We want to know what you've done with yourself since your discharge. Any accomplishments need to be mentioned (attending college, graduated, gainfully employed, haven't been in any trouble with the law, etc...). Also, a personal statement stating what happened and why you want to go back into the military and why you know you'll succeed. The process will consist of filling out an application for enlistment which will be submitted with copies of your military and personal records. Upon approval, you will be able to immediately enlist into the New York Army National Guard. This process can take anywhere from two to 6 weeks depending on the circumstances of your discharge. Again, there are no guarantees, but we will do everything possible. For immediate consideration, contact: SGT Bruce C. For OTHER THAN HONORABLE, BAD CONDUCT OR DISHONORABLE DISCHARGES:
The Army Review Boards Agency Online Application System, may help: http://actsonline.army.mil/ On this web site, you will be able to complete an online application. 1) a review of your Army discharge if it occurred within the last 15 years ...or 2) a correction of an error or injustice in your Army military records. *** Or you can use snail mail, good luck ... |

"REASONS THAT WAIVERS WILL NOT BE APPROVED OR CONSIDERED:
RETIREMENT" This is absoutely discriminating. "In peace, sons bury their fathers. In war, fathers bury their sons." Herodotus |
