i finished filling out my application and was going to set up a date to go test at MEPS. In the medical history section i did not put any surgeries/ conditions i had as a young child since they do not affect me today and have not in over 10 years. when i get to the MEPS should i still not put those down, since i don't want to be disqualified for lying. i only put braces, acne, and sinusitis.

One is expected to answer all the questions truthfully and completely during the MEPS process.
The surgery or condition you had as a child may not have been a factor since it occurred, but you have to understand, you may be placed into situations where there may be some type of interaction or cause and effect that brings the unkonwn pre-existing condition from childhood rears its head at the most inopportune moment. Not only can your life depend on it, others you will be working with may be impacted by that omission. SEMPER FI The Gunny PROUD TO BE AN INFIDEL America is not at war. i went to meps today and i had great vision, hearing, and basically did well on everything EXCEPT i could not properly preform the "duck walk". i have no prior convictions/felonies, diseases or anything that would hold me back. i applied for a waiver and also got a 74 on the asvab. do you think it will be likely that i will get one?
