I recently got a DWI on St. Pattys day 6 days before i was supposed to process and my recruiter i s out of town til Tuesday.

Am I still able to join?

It wasn't cause for dismissal in my day as long as it wasn't a felony.

My advice would be to ask your recruiter. I bet he says forget it. Pay the fine and press on. Again, as long as it isn't processed as a felony..

One more thing. Once in don't voluteer info. If asked a direct question answer truthfully but no more. Don't voluteer is a good rule to follow in general. It can cause pain. Don't ask how I know.
