I'm a female, 4'8" (56 inches), and the req for the AF is 58 inches. I know I'm within 1-2 inches, what is the probability that I can get a waiver? Just a note, I'm not trying to be a pilot.

best one to answer that for you would be your local recruiter. I can't find anything in regards to that.

The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. They very likely will not grant a waiver to those that do not meet the minimum. They have all of the standards set starting at 58 inches. They use those height and weight standards to grade physical fitness. There is no way they can even grade anyone that's below 58 inches because there's nothing in the charts for them. As you mentioned a medical waiver, here is a good link to just that. Won't hurt to at least go through the process if you are serious. med waiver process SEMPER FI The Gunny PROUD TO BE AN INFIDEL America is not at war.
