I am a former USMC Infantymen. Ive been out now for 2 years and am interested in reuping with the Air Guard as a TAC/P. Im interested in what anyone can tell me about what to expect, job duties, merits/flaws, and anything I should know that the recruiter is unlikely to disclose to me. Thanks for any input.

for one the Air Guard recruiters are not like active duty recruiters. ANG will tell you what you are REALLY going to expect out of the tech-school were as active duty gives you the sugar of the school to get you to join. If you would really want to learn more go and talk to the ANG recruiters they will help you out with any information you could want on the job.

go to http://www.romad.com it will tell you everything from the troops that do it. TACP is an awesome job. I tried to retrain into it last year but was only offered sere cct and pj. I guess you can figure out which one i chose.
