Can anyone who has been through OTS suggest some preparation reading for the classroom work I'll be facing?

I haven't been through OTS, however I'm thinkin about starting the application process right now. The trouble I'm having is finding a recruiter who wants to help me out as I'll need a few waivers. I'm assuming you've already been accepted to OTS? How long did the process take in entirety?

No I haven't been accepted yet, but my application is just about complete. You're looking at 2 months or so. I'm pretty confident and I want to be as prepared as possible so I'd like to know what I can read to prepare for the OTS classroom life.
