hi,
I was stationed at Osan a year or so ago. How has the living arrangements changed there. I am now married. If I got orders, would I be able to move off base or hopefully on base as an E-4? I have heard a few different things. I noticed that the Per Diem site no longer has COLA listed for Osan, but they have a listing for an E-4 OHA. Thank you. |
