I'm still in DEP, until Feb 3rd, and I got a call from a guy saying he was a background investigator and wanted to meet with me to ask some questions. Did I do something wrong or is this normal?

Yes, and this is a requirement to complete your security clearance. Piece of advice you need to heed: disclose everything during your meeting with him.
