I'm graduating High School soon, and I was wondering if getting out of Hihg school and joinig the Force is a good idea.Or should I go to college and get my foue year degree and then join?Also, I'm in JROTC and I should come to the Force as an E-3,is that good?Or should go to college and become an officer through college ROTC?

More education is always better.
Best to go to college and then
get your commission.

College ROTC can show you much and help with costs and job placement. It's a committment.

You may wish to access other resources (parents)
and enjoy your college time with more freedom.

Ditto! If you have the opportunity to get a 4 year degree, then make that your primary goal. You won't regret it.

Anyway, what these guys said. Go to college, get a commission. I would offer you one other alternative/option here and that is to enlist in the USAF Reserves WHILE going to college. I'm sure these guys above will back me up when I say that officers tend to get a little more respect when they know that you've been where they've been. Doing some time as an enlisted reservists would probably be a really good thing and give you some insight as a leader when you do earn that commission.
