I have to agree that using .25mm ammo against humans would be complete waste. However, .50 is still one of my favorite calibers.

I still like my Remington 700. My neighbor Ray has a Barrett and I have fired it often. Ray invites me out everytime he gets the urge to let of some steam.

I already own a Smith and Wesson model 500. I have ready access to a Barrett. I may make good money for what I do for a living, but I am not a fool.

I have recently heard from another gun enthusiit that when Barret M82's first came out they were only like 1800$ now there almost 8K, that smells like extrosion to me, knowing that I will probably never buy a barret M82.

simple economics son, supply verses demand. Everybody and thier brother wants one.
