Greetings, milspot family~
I'm off on another Pacific deployment with my boat this week, so I'll be away for the next six months. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to log in every now and then when I hit some ports just to check in and say hello. In the meantime, I wish you all well. Getting internet while underwater is a feat that hasn't been attacked yet, so this cold turkey will no-doubt hit real soon. ~Brent una per praesidium |

Good luck on your upcoming WestPac. They seem to be never ending but coming home and re-uniting with family and friends is awesome and kind of makes it all worth it.

Got that right. WestPac's ain't what they used to be.

Thanks everyone. I went and bought a really really long extension cord and plugged it in to get online.
Nah, just kidding. I popped up in the ever-so-hot-and-humid Guam for a little bit. This was just a straight run ride. I can't believe how whiney some of these newbie sailors have gotten. Join the Navy and complain about going out to sea?  una per praesidium |

Nah, that's not a threadjack. I'm thinking this'll be an area to see what interesting things pop up from someone who's actually on a deployment. We did corrupt our virgin JO by taking him down to Club USA (edited because I really don't think I was supposed to say what I just said here about 2 minutes ago).
