Im sure you guys have had this question alot, but I wanted to ask in my specific case. I was discharged from the Navy last Oct with an RE-4 for personality Disorder.I really want to look into the process of getting back in.
I was seeing a pych. overseas due to an abusive relationship & was going through a very hard time. & was actually told I that this dicharge was given to me to get me out quicker due to lack of morale.
I had EP evals, & quite a few letters of reccomendation from my COC. What do I need to do to get started on getting back in?

hmmmm, diagnosed with a personality disorder is gonna be hard to get back in. Didn't they explain the ramifications to you, or if they did, was the prospect of being able to get out quickly too tempting to you?

They didn't explain anything to me, I was told I could get back in, I would get my benefits. At the time I tried to reverse the seperation so did my doctor after discussing it with me agian.

It wasn't tempting at all, is is possible to have changed though?

Step 1. Go speak to the local Navy Recruiter.
Step 1a. Bring all of your discharge papers and information.
Step 1b. Bring a copy of your SRB if you have it.
Step 1c. Bring a copy of your medical records if you have them.
Step 2. Ask the recruiter what specific documents need to be filed and with whom and in what format, and if he/she is willing to help guide you through the process until a definative answer is the result.
Step 3. Good luck and let us know how it goes. Post regular updates in here as your efforts may help someone in similar position.
