Right now i have been research to change my re-4 code fraudulent on my entry level separation discharge and erroneous..... I was medically separated from the Navy a couple of months ago. There might have been possible seizures but my MRI, EEG scans came out normal..... so they gave me anxiety, personality disorder....which is bogus because i am fine...On my papers it shows that i have seen a therapist and got therapy and showed that it worked. I didn't realize it until i got home that this was a mistake. I told the doctor that i went to ask a counselor at my university about personal issues and was referred just to write in a journal because college was stressful and that was about it. I didn't continue to go see the counselor nor did a follow up. I was fine...and now i am trying to correct this...i am just asking if anyone knows of any ideas.. I know to go to naval corrections or the VA hospital try correcting there...i just want to know if there has been any successful cases or anyone has heard of such a thing....please respond....i really do want to be part of the world's greatest NAVY!!!! I am not going to give up either....
