Hello everyone,
So I been training for the past months. I graduated high school with a 3.0 GPA. I did 4 years in high school of JROTC to help me enlist as an E3. I am 5.7" and weight is 155. I know I can pass the physical and I am studying for the ASBAB day and night. Now here is my problem. I am 19 at the moment but back in high school I got arrested with a counterfeit money charge which is a "felony". My record is sponged but the government can bring it up I know. So today I went to 2 navy recruiting offices to see where I am standing. I am willing to sign a waiver or get over the requirements on the ASBAB for the navy. Should I talk to the layer that did my case? Should I talk to the judge that did my case and ask for a recommendation letter? should I go to college for enlistment as an officer and that way I have more of a chance? Should I travel to a different state and talk to someone in person? Physical conditions are not a problem. I have 20/20 vision and I can pass any physical. Id be willing to go OS if that is what it takes to join the US Navy which is always been MY DREAM. If there is someone that can help me and reads this you can contact me anytime. day or night. my email is carlosffmv@hotmail.com

any help is appreciated.
any advice even if its 1% chance of me getting in

thank you in advace and God Bless you

Hmmm, being arrested and charged aren't reason for denial. Being convicted however is. You don't mention a conviction. Were you convicted and sentenced? If so, sentenced to what?

Folks get accused of all kinds of things. It is the outcome in court that matters, if it even went to court.

What did the recruiters say to you when you told them?
