Can someone tell me how to go about getting a degree in nursing ? I have only been in less than a year and 6 months as HC. Working 14 hour shifts is tough and I don't know if I can find time to attend college courses. Any ideas ?

You should talk to your Chief to see what arrangements they can make for you.

stephanie -I don't know where you are stationed at but you should have a Career Counciler assigned to your Command.
