That slight shift to the right above America?.. Canada has just installed a Conservative [ think Republican-lite ] Government, albeit a minority one, in power.. Supposedly this means the country will now be more ' in tune' with Bushand the boys over things like ' War on Terrorism ' , stronger military, less gun control,, etc. etc...
Still, they got to suck up to the Left to keep in power or the whole thing crumbles and we start all over again..but, for this scribe, the ' cold wind from the west ' actually feels quite bracing... George, Condoleeza, c'mon back for a visit, we're friendlier now. hell, we'll BBQ a mad cow just for you - er - y'all.. There I was , at the head of the old 68th... |

I can see that this should prove to be an interesting year up north.......

Yes, I believe that there was trouble on the bridge to Winsor this morning because the elastic connectors almost snapped.
