Harry I like your input. Here in Missouri we just had a new rep gov elected. . .Matt Blunt. Served, and still serves(reserves) in the Navy, and he is only 34 years old. Was our prior Sec of State before the governship. If he does well at this he is definetly setting himself up for bigger things in the future.

I stil would liek to see Powell run.

Rudy has WWWAAAYYYY too many skeletons in his closet and Rice has never held an elected position.

I think we'll see a whole new batch bubbling up here in the next year. Watch for a move by a southern governor, and it won't be Jeb.

RIML, LOL, you're showing your brain malfunctions again. There are several independent papers out that reflect a direct connection.

Then post links to any serious, independent papers...

You never like my links anyways, RIML !!! Of course, I can poke holes in half of yours had I a mind to do so. So, in other words, go find your own !! Big Grin

Being a new Missouri citizen, I was happy to see Blunt elected too. I would have liked to see Poweel run too, but it's not going to happen ...

LOL, thinking about Ex-Presidents wives running - how about Laura Bush, she has to be one of the most well-liked (and classy) first ladies we have EVER had! I'd definitely vote for her over Hitlery!

If the Dims keep acting like they did at the State of the Union Address - they are going to alienate the American public so badly that they won't have a shot no matter WHO they run! Roll Eyes

What about a Clinton/McCain Ticket? Hillary is obviously positioning herself for a run, but she knows and everyone knows that for her to stand a chance she'll need someone from the military to balance the ticket.
