I hope they give these criminals, and terrorists all that they deserve. If not then I fear a lot that WE have accomplished in Iraq will be for put to shame!!

Has anyone else heard that the charge against Saddam for the gas attack on Halabja has been dropped? It doesn't seem to have featured in the mainstream media.

No I hadn't heard this. Do you have an article by chance?? It sounds interesting.

That was one of his most heinous and evil acts..I hope the rumors of the charges for that being dropped aren't true.

I think a fitting punishment for sadamn would be a lottery to see who gets to pull the trigger..would help the economy..and make it fair so everyone would have a 'shooting' chance..bad pun, sorry.

Jude Wanniski from the Orb Standard. It has to be said, though, that this guy seems to have a bee in his bonnet about Iraq and gas attacks (Slate: Jude Wanniski's Genocide Denial) and this story hasn't made much of a splash. Not an urban myth, IMO, but maybe he's been taken for a ride...

This open up opportunity for crooked lawyers to make their pockets fat and make their mark in history.

I have a feeling that when this particular procution is finished it wont be about Hussian but a lot of other people as well.
