Ralph Nader has announced plans to run again for the US presidency.

The anti-establishment consumer advocate made the announcement in a televised interview on Sunday.

Mr Nader was accused by many Democrats of handing the presidency to George W Bush in the November 2000 elections. He ran again unsuccessfully in 2004.

Senators Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are vying for the Democratic ticket. John McCain is almost certain to run for the Republicans.

Kind of late for that.I think he is wasting his time again.

Typhoon in my view Nader is just trying to hurt anyone that is running, hell look at his history of running for office. Did not work then and won't now. He is just a side show freak. Just my .02

I hear that. The guy is about as exciting as a cigarette, and looks like one too.

I obviously don't know as much as you guys do about him, but from what I read on bbc.com, he seems like a bit of a chancer and someone who'll never be in office anyways.

Seems that he's just drawing votes from real candidates.

Nader simply uses this as a tax shelter and gains more time in keeping his name in the spotlight and in the history books. Want a guaranteed method for getting your name in this nations history books? Run for President.

Exactly. He is actually starting to bore everybody for once.

If memory serves me right he does this junk everytime there is a presidential election. That said he is a friggen joke that tries to take votes away from the runners.They should ban his goat smelling butt.
