Is the world really falling apart or do we just think so because of the web and it's endless expansion? Think about it, just a few years ago we'd all huddle around a 56k waiting for a 2 hour download of a 15 second movie trailer. Now we all make our movies or watch them only when we are really bored. If one thinks we are losing our freedom they are out of touch. You can be anywhere at anytime on any day. If you don't think you have endless freedom just click on all of the bookmarks you and your family got. Whens the last time you checked them out? Who cares right? The bad news is that we ( Americans ) are abusing this freedom by constantly attacking ourselves. In a way, we are creating our enemies simply by suggesting that they should be our enemies. That may seem odd, but it's a fact. EVERYBODY on the planet is on the web, and they are more or less seeing the millions of views Americans have from A-Z. Add Al Gore to the mix and we got ourselves one heck of gloomy future. We ( Americans ) keep suggesting that the earth is melting and that we are to blame. The problem is some fella living in a grass hut in the middle of nowhere is buying Al Gores BS. Thats right, he traded in his Yak for a Mac.
