Donald Rumsfeld reported in his morning briefing that 3 Brazilian soldiers had been killed in Iraq. Devastated President Bush slumped in his chair in the Oval Office and began to cry. Stunned that the President would take the news so deeply all Rumsfeld could do was stand embarrased.. Finally Bush looked up and said:
