These guys aren't ' terrorists'.. the US Government says so.. Their only 'crime' is their protest of China's treatment of their people, which is well known and widely condemned.. no love lost with China over that... To send them back to China would have been certain imprisonment, torture and possibly death.. so they had to go somewhere..

trouble was, everyone was too chicken to piss off China until Bermuda and Palau stepped forward.. what does that say about the world's powerful countries.. even the US - who cleared them of everything - wouldn't let them in.. The " Inevitable Conclusion " of more or less ruining the USSR. At first we were full of pride and then along came boredom. With so much freedom around we all started investigating the world and how we saw it...or should I say " RIUNED IT " as most liberals now suggest. In a way freedom is one of the most abused ideas ever known. There are no Al Gores and the million other nut groups that only America can spawn. Just ask Russia or China. The only way a liberal can reach their goal is to remove themselves and the freedom that allows them to exist. Irony.
