Now it looks to me like the two Borfer Patrol agents didn't follow protocol/ROE exactly but the only way I would prosecute is if the drug smuggler didnt get immunity dammit. And then I would just put a reprimand (at most) in their personnel files.

But as the President of Greater Mexico, Mr. Bush wants them nailed to a cross.

You know, we've had numerous BP agents that were dirty, can you blame the govt for doing everything it can to ensure that our current agents fully understand the responsibilities and position of trust they hold?
