The only thing that bothers me is we pay Pelosi over 200,000 a year to make comments such as work,work,work, and I was not briefed about Waterboarding before she said they lied to her and now anyone who disagrees with her they are un-American.

Shouting may not be right but sometimes it is the only way you can be heard and when the President of the United States makes snide remarks about tea parties and makes statements such as shut up and let me do my job and our heads of Congress call American Citzens un-American and un-Patroitoic because they disagree then I will yell.

Look at the percentage of young people who join the military (or try) and you will see how patriotic they are. As for tea parties, the South lost the war and trying to start it again will get no one anywhere.

So according to HarryP, tea parties are the " REBEL YELL " of the south. You don't study demographics do you Harry?

I think what we need to remember is that radical leftists have beome ingrained in the political system.

Sully, I lost an ancestor in the civil war as well as having five who served. All served the North (even those from the South) and two more were wounded.

I do not find it a joke but the tea parties are noting but unbridled revolution to me.

Not giving away secrets when I tell you I can walk down the hall from the Good Padre's office and watch some farmer dragging his mule through the back forty in Afghanistan in real time from a camera-carrying drone being 'piloted' by the guy with a the joystick on his lap, sitting in the chair two rows over as if he was playing a X-box game...

won't be long before the same things will be flying over urban areas to monitor ' traffic patters', watch for drug deals and car hijackings and generally keeping tabs on those gathering for 'spontaneous rallies'.. etc. etc...

I am quite indiffrent to Obama...the government needs major renovations that can not be done within the existing system.

a two-party system comes to mind...all it does is draw a line in the sand, instead of encourage new ideas and new governmental processess.
