I have always thought of any forum like a bar that you would like to frequent. The problem with most bars that are finding that business is declining, is that they often allow undesirables, this drives the good clientel away.

SFC19DP, she read some information online somewhere, has talked to some people who knew somethings and concocted a story based on the available information. As is the case with those who do this, she is missing bits of information known to those who were there and available to those who knew people there.She sure as heck would know what other awards were authorised for those who were there, "IF" she had been there, she could not or would not even attempt an answer to that. For someone so damned willing to be so "open" online, it is funny how she clambed up with the important details about this..

There was a full and extremely thorough investigation conducted by 'people in the know' who still have connections within the military community.
The problem in existence is that without solid names, times, places and units, provided...the end results are inevitable.
The names that were provided were outright bogus.
Suffice to say...you know the rest of the story.
