I was banned over there based on what 'GiantBryan' said about having contacts at the VA and DAV. That is going to come back and bite some people on the ass, by the way, and I will bet money with anyone who wants to take me up on it that my ban is only temporary.

About a 'fraud claim' , anyone that wants to file one, go for it..I admit I was concerned about this shit being taken seriously and went in person today and talked to the DAV and the VARO and they basically laughed their asses off. I also requested another copy of my discharge paper because I can't find mine and they said mine is in DC. I was told that if I wanted it it might delay things...so there is no way in hell I am going to let my claim get delayed any further based on stuff said on the internet.

Makes me glad I didn't give names and units..like a poster said, at this point I would pretty much need to have known someone personally who knows someone personally. So as far as all that shit goes, fug it, but I don't regret posting the thread about my letter here or 'dere'..because this time all I have to do is wait, because someone seriously fugged up on that one, banning me where to prove that ain't an issue with me. Big Grin Cool

Whether or not I decide to or how much I post over there is moot. The point is the ban WILL be lifted.

Wrong again Amy! Why did you leave 5's forum? You could come in and call GH a liar to his face. Come on back and get at it. No holds barred in there Amy, let loose!!
You got banned for being providing fraudulent information. Don't think it is temporary either.
Do you ever tell the truth? Do you even know what the truth is? Do you lie so much that you now believe your own lies?
Some more stuff there that really brings into question many of the things you have stated about your life. I for believe nothing that comes from you! You have been caught repeatedly in lies.

I've still got my eye on you fakevet91alpha...

Quit talking like nothing's wrong, you're banned on mil.com and it's not going to be lifted. You lied about your whole house of cards life. Soon enough the few people you have barely believing you here will give up on you too.

Come on over to 5's forum, and you can say whatever you want. Afraid? Or do you know you don't have a leg to stand on? Come on walrus, we're waiting...

Des...
It is a certainty that she will not be allowed to return there in the forseeable future.
That decision has not been made...at least made public on the forums anyway.
That decision is up to the 'Admin' over there...and his decision is final.

Due to the severity of this mental disorder, you shall lose the right to keep and bear arms. You shall not be allowed to purchase firearms, nor use them in any manner. That is the law, commonly known as the "Brady Bill."

For the record, this is not exactly true. While it is true that the Brady Bill states the five day waiting period is for background checks, both for criminal and mental history, it is not enforced. The reason for this is quite simple. When the yo yo's who put this out there for us as "law" they failed to check exsisting law first. You see, I can no more gain access to your's or anyone else's medical records than you next door neighbor can.

I know this to be true because at my agency handling Emergency Mental Health situations is a daily routine. In fact, our agency is contracted with the state do handle all such calls in our county. So I have become the token expert here who gets to teach all the rookie classes on the subject. And there are two things, that no matter what the Brady Bill says, you cannot get around. The first is the Federal Privacy Act of 1974, and the second is HIPAA, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

If I, as the law enforcement agent tasked to do Brady Bill checks, contact any mental health facility (VA included) or your private doctor (VA included) they CANNOT BY LAW release to me ANY medical information about you. If they do they have violated your civil rights, and will be subject to your law suit and to having their medical license pulled.

So rest assured, if you ever get 100% for PTSD the VA can not tell anyone (except another MEDICAL DOCTOR...and then only with your specific, signed release naming that doctor) without breaking the law. And I promise you, as we also do background checks under Brady, since we are the Sheriff's Office and it falls to us, people who are bonified mental patients...with all types of dianosis', get cleared to purchace guns all the time.

Simply put, for the section an mental health back ground, the Brady Bill is a failure because it is a violation of your civil rights.

As for the other things you posted about PTSD Dave...I have no input. I don't suffer from it, nor do I know a great deal about it from the view of dealing (personally) with anyone who does. But while I don't know PTSD I do know mental health laws and how they are affected by federal law.

Amvet said she was in El Salvador. The people running the operation there were SF and there were not a great many of them there. Other individuals and small detachments that were in and out of there came under the control of those same SF guys. They knew who was or wasn't there! GH has connections to some who were with the SF HQ there. Seems to me that having that connection is all that was needed to dispell the lie Amvet told!

I know that when I came to Mil.Com, he asked around the community about me and I was confirmed!

I'll damn sure take his word on the subject!

"at this point I would pretty much need to have known someone personally who knows someone personally..."

So? What's so hard about that? I admit my memory isn't what it used to be. For example, I only remember the name of one of my instructors in AFTA (Advanced First Term Avionics) from '79...AT1 Engel, AKA "Screamin' Engel". My bootcamp CC's were HTC Clark and QMC Meckley. That was 27 years ago. RTC Orlando, Training Unit 104. The guy that slept in the bunk above me was Aaron Moseng, AKA "Igor". Not a friend or acquaintance, just a face in the crowd. On the Coral Sea, while in AIMD WC 642, I had a temporary work center supervisor by the name of AT1 Bud Betz. That was 23 years ago, and I haven't seen him since. Every vet here can come up with these same kinds of details. All it would have taken, Amvet, would have been a few words on your part. Unit names, time frames, people, locations, whatever, and you could have cut the witch hunt off at the knees. Provided the information could be verified, off course. A simple thing to do for someone who is legit.
