This is some funny stuff we did stuff like this in my fraternity but never got caught. They always melodramatize what COULD have happened but in almost all of these cases its just good ole drunken fun with minor injury and minimal damage other than just inducing a panic which is what makes it so funny, ammonia tri iodide, nitro glycerine, black powder fireworks, rifle rounds with blanks. You dont hear about drunk college guys shooting up convient stores or violent rapes. It also said a PARTIAL stick of dynamite which usually means an M80 which is hardly dynamite at all its not even made with nitro glycerin, they probably hyped up the damage and melodramatized the whole incident, if it was infact a partial stick of nitro glycerin dynamite I would wonder where he got it becasue I always had to make my own stuff becuase you cant exactly go to the hard ware store anymore and buy it.
