I've put this link up about a year ago and suggest you download and install it. It keeps an eye on all of your programs and provides the links if this or that needs an update. These fellas don't joke around nor do they expect you to buy something.

Also, if you have Norton and want to get rid of " the beast " they ( Norton ) provide an uninstaller on their site. You can replace nutty Norton with AVG for free.

One more thing, you probably have more than one Adobe Flash on your computer because they are always updating. Adobe also has a flash removal tool. Run it, get rid of all of the old flash crap and then install the latest.
