This is embarrassing..
If I have a pic on my PC, but it's NOT on the net...How do I upload it here? (As you have to use a URL to upload it).

Now I know there are sites where you can upload pics to, but I can't find any good ones.

easiest one to use is Photobucket but there may be size issues and you have to fit their format.
