Hi everybody,
I'm using this forum to publicly announce that "No Enemy, But Peace" is on sale. I am an OIF vet (Golf 2/5 2000-2004) and I started on this comic shortly after I EAS'ed back in Feb 2004. It is the story of Sgt. Marco Martinez, who won the Navy Cross at the Battle of At-Tarmiyah. This is the first comic written about Marines in Iraq and I have high hopes for it. I've worked on it part-time for the last couple of years. This is a true story of amazing heroism; the kind that is ignored by the regular media. The book is good for teenagers and above. It's perfect to show to people who just don't know the good we are really doing in Iraq. I really want to get this story out. It's amazing. It's true. Yet few people now about it. I would love to hear any comments or questions Richard C. Meyer (SGT/USMC 2000-2004) http://www.noenemybutpeacecomic.com/ |

Looks interesting but see what gunny has to say. Keep pushing marine.
