Well....Let's just say that.....the "born agains" aren't too popular in my house.

My daughter (who ran off at 18 due to The Crazy that is my ex-wife) moved back home. So happy to be a "dad again" even if she's 22. You can go "back home".

The Crazy used to have "The angels talk into her left ear"....they commanded her to buy (and hoard) "as seen on TV" crap (I owned IT ALL, trust me). Crap. Mucho crapo.

Here's to agnosticism.....because we can't make up our mind.....

While we're all the on the subject of things lovey-dovey, I'd like to wish all my American cousins " Best Wishes ", this weekend as us Canuckians celebrate our own Thanksgiving Holiday.

I'll be heading out to purchase the traditional tucker for the feast.. Cod's tongue, seal flipper pie, polar bear steaks, bison burgers, moose nose, beaver tails and muskrat on a stick for the kids, all roasted on the fire pit with plenty of maple syrup sauce and a healthy helping of poutine.

Real Canajan beer and Ice Wine to wash it all down with, and for desert, some mouth watering whale blubber fresh from the arctic, shipped in this week 'cause the northwest passage is open on account of global warming.

Yup, the extended Rocketeer clan will be descending chez moi for the bun fight and a rousing game of dissing those that couldn't make it. Sprung the great-grandparents from the nursing home/lock-up and so it'll be just like old times with my mum and dad reliving their divorce of 38 years ago, sons and daughters trying to outdo each other with success stories, rugrat grandkids eating the dog and cat food while the animals [the furry ones] gnaw on the cheese doodles and search the floor for stuff cascading off the dinner sets...

Oh, yes.. Ol' Martin Frobisher has a lot to answer for in creating this traditional day of gratitude...if there's time I might even get in a game or two of road hockey just to make sure the joints don't seize up too early come winter time [ scheduled for next week, I think..]

anyway.. Enjoy your weekend and if I think of it, I might log on before Tuesday just to surf the weeb for hangover cures..

StatsCan just released some figures showing that as of 2001 [ hey, it takes time to sift through millions of papers and decipher the illegible chicken scratchings of people ], 850 people declared themselves as 'Satanist' when reporting their 'religion'.

Just under 2000 labelled themselves all new agey as ' Wiccans'...

Still no one willing to step up in Canada and say they're a Jedi, though... guess its too nerdy for some..still there's 50,000 allegedly, in Britain..

Rocketeer, those numbers have risen I am sure, but I also know that I never took the 2001 census, and I am sure I am not the only one. I think they should hang out at a few of the shows I go to, and they would find many more of my fellow Satanist.
