Although I think it's funny that when L.A. swept the Cards, there were more posts on the various message boards I'm on for that victory. I literally had to go look for the MLB scoreboard to see what the outcome of today's game was, because no one said anything.

Then again, I didn't think the Twins had a chance anyway. Boston wasn't looking sharp at all. The interesting thing about the 2009 season was how dominant the NL and AL West teams were.

So far 2 of my 4 teams are in. LA and Anaheim. I'm cheering for the Rockies to make an easy opponent for the NLCS (Phillies were in already, so they don't need to show their faces again). Who knows, maybe a freeway series

Bjd..I am also cherring for the Rockies because the Dodgers have had little trouble with them but have had a lot of trouble with the Phillies.I to believe we might have a Freeway playoff even though I am a Dodger Fan I also am a Mike Sosa fan so I can't lose.

It was a good game but with one bad call at 1st.I have to admit the Phillies have given the Dodgers a fit all year but knowing Joe Torre well.
