Been more than a bit of bickering between the US and Canada over our ' lack of effort' to control access to the nation so as to block terrorists and other undesireables from slipping in..

I figure its time to re-institute the 1923 Rules. Canada Immigration Act from back then was pretty explicit as to who couldn't come into the country..
Canada wouldn't allow:

"1] Idiots, imbeciles, feeble-minded persons, epileptics, insane persons or persons who have been insane at any time previously.
2] Persons afflicted with tuberculosis in any form or with any loathsome disease, or with a disease which is contagious or infectious or which may become dangerous to the public health, whether such persons settle in Canada or only pass through Canada in transit to some other country.
3] Immigrants who are dumb, blind, or otherwise physically defective
4] Persons who have been convicted of, or admit having committed any crime involving moral turpitude
5] Prostitutes and women and girls coming to Canada for any immoral purpose and pimps and persons living on the avails of prostitution
6] Persons who procure or attempt to bring into Canada prostitutes or women or girls for the purposes of prostitution or other immoral purposes
7] Professional beggars or vagrants
8] charity aided immigrants whose sailing has not been authorized by the Superintendant of Emmigration of Canada...
9] Persons, other than British subjects, who do not comply with the continuous journey and passport regulations
10]Persons who are liekly to become a public harge
11] persons of constitutional psychopathic inferiority
12] Persons afflicted with chronic alcoholism

Anarchists and persons who disbelieve in or are opposed to organised government

Persons who have been rejected on application to enter Canada and persons who have been deported from Canada...

Persons over 15 years of age, physically capable of reading, who cannot read some language or dialect.
This regulation does not apply to a father or grandfather over 55 years of age, a wife, mother, grandmother, or unmarried or widowed daughter, if otherwise admissable."

Yup.. that'll fix it...

You guy's actually deport people? Where? to the other side of town?
