Greetings everyone, Im currently facing a problem and I dont know what to do Im a geographical Bachelor but this is not my choice my wife is in another country and even If I want her to be with me she cant due to Immigration elegibility ( she's not an Immigrant or a permanent resident of the US) now my question is if theres any way I can stay in the barracks because I cant really afford to get an appartment the reason being is that I send all my BAH to my wife and also im only an E2 in the Army Id greatly appreciate if someone can give me some advice thank you

xander, this will be a company command decision to make. The key is to get approval to become a geo bachelor, this way they can't stop the BHA.

I did similar things. A good command will work with you and get you in the barracks. A bad command won't.
